Once we have received your paid and confirmed order we ship them within 7-9 business days depending on the product and its availability. We ship orders Monday through Saturday, except on holidays. However, at times when we are having holiday season or other busier times it might take an additional day or two in dispatching the orders. We ship orders through standard shipping (EMS) and express shipping (UPS and FedEdx). You can choose the most suitable option at the time of final checkout and the shipping charges are calculated accordingly as per your choice.
We exchange the merchandise that is damaged or defective and is returned to us within 10 calendar days in the original packaging after you receive it. We do not accept returns on special/custom orders. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
