We wish to answer all your queries in a timely manner but to assist you better and save your time below are given a few common questions that we hear on a regular basis and hope that this will help your queries.


What is your minimum ordering amount?

We are a wholesale only store but we also understand your concerns regarding quality check hence keeping this in mind we have kept our minimum ordering amount to as low as US$500 only.

What payment options do you offer?

We wish to offer you all possible payment options. We accept Paypal, Credit Cards and Bank transfers.

How can I order from your website?

Ordering with Jasmine Exports is very easy and simple. All you need to do is select the product, customize it if you wish and add it to your wish list. For more information please go to our How To Order page for a guide on ordering.

What is your turn around time?

Once we have received your paid and confirmed order we ship them within 7-9 business days depending on the product and its availability. We ship orders Monday through Saturday, except on holidays. However, at times when we are having holiday season or other busier times it might take an additional day or two in dispatching the orders. For any delays we inform the buyers before hand to avoid any inconveniences.

What shipping options are available for me?

We ship orders through standard shipping (EMS) and express shipping (UPS and FedEdx). You can choose the most suitable option at the time of final checkout and the shipping charges are calculated accordingly as per your choice.

Do you accept returns?

We exchange the merchandise that is damaged or defective and is returned to us within 10 calendar days in the original packaging after you receive it. We do not accept returns on special/custom orders. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I order my own design?

We specialize in custom orders and welcome all custom orders. Just visit our Custom-order page and send us your requirements and we will be in touch with all the details at the earliest.

What if I do not find the product I require which was listed earlier?

If by any chance the products of interest appears to be out of stock or not listed then please contact us with the product of interest and we will try our best to supply you with that product.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes we will provide you with the tracking number for your order once it is dispatched through email.

Do I need to create an account for buying?

Yes, we ask all our buyers to create an account with us. You will have to register with us and once your information is verified and validated by us we will send you the login details only then you can shop with us.

Are your products genuine?
